Can Transloadit produce the photo sizes each portal requires?

Yes. Define a named size for each destination in one Template, and every uploaded photo is resized, cropped, and converted for all of them in the same Assembly. Your platform stays responsible for knowing each portal’s current requirements.

What happens during the spring market rush?

Workers autoscale with demand, so there is no capacity to provision for the spring market, new brokerage onboarding, or bulk listing imports. Your plan’s Priority Job Slots set how many jobs run at once; additional work queues instead of failing, and you can buy extra slots ahead of a planned peak.

Which formats can agents upload from their phones?

HEIC photos and HEVC clips from iPhones, along with JPEG, PNG, MP4, and MOV from everything else. Image and video steps convert each upload into the formats your pages serve, such as WebP, AVIF, MP4, and HLS.

Can we remove location data from listing photos?

Yes. Image steps can strip metadata, including GPS coordinates, from every rendition. Keep the original in your own storage if your platform needs the capture data internally.

Does Transloadit keep copies of listing photos?

No. Temporary processing copies are purged automatically, and originals and renditions are exported to the storage you configure. Taking photos down when a listing is sold or withdrawn happens in your own systems.

Does Transloadit host 3D or 360° virtual tours?

No. Transloadit encodes recorded walkthrough videos for adaptive playback and creates poster frames. Interactive 3D and 360° tours belong to a dedicated tour platform, and your player handles playback.

Is Transloadit an MLS, DAM, or listing platform?
